Please do not email passwords, bank credentials, card numbers or a full debt backup unless support specifically asks for a redacted example.
Save a backup
Use Save Backup in OWEDONE to create a local JSON copy of your current plan.
Share a backup
Use Share Backup to open Android's share sheet and choose where you want the file to go.
Restore a plan
Use Import and select a valid OWEDONE JSON backup to restore the saved plan.
Privacy
The current app keeps debt-plan data on your device and does not require an OWEDONE account.
Before contacting support
- Confirm you are using the current OWEDONE release.
- If the issue involves a calculation, describe the inputs using approximate or redacted values where possible.
- If an import fails, keep the original backup file unchanged.
- Include your Android device model and Android version when reporting a device-specific issue.
What OWEDONE does not do in 1.0
OWEDONE does not connect to banks, does not pull live vacancies, and does not send an Earn More brief to a live AI backend in version 1.0.
