Terms, Purchase & Refunds
Terms for the direct-sale OWEDONE digital licence.
1. What you are buying
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the OWEDONE Debt Payoff Planner PWA for your own lawful personal use, subject to these terms. The current direct-sale licence can be activated on up to three personal devices or browser profiles.
2. One-time price
The launch price is shown before checkout (currently $9.99 USD or £7.99 GBP. This is a one-time purchase for the licensed version described at checkout; it is not a recurring subscription.
3. Digital delivery and immediate access
OWEDONE is digital content/software supplied electronically. At checkout you are asked to expressly request that digital supply begins immediately and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you may lose any statutory 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply to distance purchases. If you do not agree to immediate supply, do not complete the direct digital checkout.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.
4. Refunds
Because access is normally supplied immediately after payment, change-of-mind refunds are not automatically offered once digital supply has begun where the law permits this. We will, however, honour applicable statutory rights and will consider genuine technical/access problems that we cannot reasonably resolve. Contact support@owedone.com with your purchase email and a description of the issue.
5. Licence activation
Your licence code is for you and should be kept private. Each browser/device profile may count as a separate activation. You may use up to three activations concurrently. If you replace a device or lose browser storage, support may reset activations where the request is consistent with legitimate personal use.
6. No account and local debt data
OWEDONE does not require a username/password account for your debt plan. Your debt names, balances, APRs, minimum payments and payoff calculations remain local to your device/browser. The commerce backend stores only the limited purchase/licence information described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Estimates, not advice
OWEDONE is a planning and calculation tool. Projections can differ from lender statements because of daily vs monthly compounding, fees, promotional rates, payment timing, rate changes, rounding and other account-specific terms. OWEDONE does not provide financial, legal, tax, insolvency or debt-counselling advice and does not recommend or arrange financial products.
8. Earn More
Earn More contains curated starting points and local matching logic. Earning ranges and platform examples are illustrative and must be independently verified. OWEDONE does not guarantee income, employment, availability or suitability.
9. Acceptable use
You may not resell, sublicense, share or publish your licence code; circumvent activation controls; reproduce or distribute OWEDONE as a competing product; or use the service unlawfully. Reasonable personal backup use is permitted.
10. Availability and updates
We aim to keep licence activation and the website available, but internet services can experience outages. Once the PWA has been activated and cached, many core functions can work offline. We may issue updates, fixes and compatibility changes over time.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWEDONE is provided as a planning tool and we are not responsible for financial decisions made solely in reliance on estimates produced by the software. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
12. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
